With the Teams & Timesheets Module, you can record working hours and submit timesheets directly in the app. Find out more about four options to clock in, clock out, and submit timesheet.

Option 1 - Using Clock in, Clock out and duration of completed jobs

  1. Clock in: Tap '+' in the app and select clock in

    1. Choose who you want to clock in. Clock in either yourself only or your teams.

    2. After clocking in, you can use all other features in the app as usual.

  2. Create a new job

    1. Once you have created the job start recording your work

    2. Recording can be done with or without GPS tracking. For jobs such as spraying or fertilising, GPS tracking is done automatically. For job types that you have created yourself, such as pruning, you can choose to record only the duration.

  3. Finish the job

  4. Clock out at the end of the day

    1. Set the end time of the day.

    2. Choose who you want to clock out.

    3. Completed jobs of the day and the recorded duration are filled in automatically.

    4. Fields worked in are automatically filled based on the jobs completed. Add more fields if you like.

    5. Remaining working time can be assigned to any other job type, e.g., "Other."

Option 2 - Using Submit timesheets and duration of completed jobs

  1. Create a new job

    1. Once you have created the job start recording your work.

    2. Recording can be done with or without GPS tracking. For jobs such as spraying or fertilising, GPS tracking is done automatically. For job types that you have created yourself, such as pruning, you can choose to record only the duration.

  2. Finish the job

  3. Submit your timesheet in the app at the end of the day.

    1. Add start and end times.

    2. Select whom you want to submit a timesheet for (you and/or your team).

    3. Completed jobs of the day and the recorded duration are filled in automatically.

    4. Worked fields are automatically filled based on the task. Add more fields if you like.

    5. Remaining working time can be assigned to any activity, e.g., "Other."

Option 3 - Record hours using the digital time clock only

  1. Clock in: Tap '+' in the app and select clock in

    1. Choose who you want to clock in. Clock in either yourself only or your teams.

    2. After clocking in, you can use all other features in the app as usual.

  2. Clock out at the end of the day

    1. Set the end time of the day.

    2. Choose who you want to clock out.

    3. Select the job types completed during the day (note: if you have not recorded the job duration via a job in your app, the time will be divided equally between the jobs).

    4. Select the fields in which you have worked

Note: You can clock in and out as often as you like during the day. You can also use clock in and clock out to record hours for individual tasks.

When you record hours in this way, a job is not automatically created for the selected job type in your job log. With our timesheets, you can primarily record the hours spent on one or more activities in selected fields.

Option 4 - Record hours by only submitting timesheets

  1. Submit your timesheet in the app at the end of the day.

    1. Add start and end times.

    2. Select whom you want to submit a timesheet for (you and/or your team).

    3. Select the job types completed during the day (note: if you have not recorded the job duration via a job in your app, the time will be divided equally between the jobs).

    4. Select the fields in which you have worked

Note: You can submit as many timesheets as you like during one day. You can also use the timesheet to record the hours for individual tasks.

When you record hours in this way, a job is not automatically created for the selected job type in your job log. With our timesheets, you can primarily record the hours spent on one or more activities in selected fields.
