From the plus screen (”+” - Main button) Select Add Inventory Movement

To document your inventory movement you record what is purchased and what is in stock, deductions happen when jobs assigned with these products are completed.

  • Use the Purchase Button, for stock in Inventory or when purchasing new stock.

  • Use the Inventory Button, when you are doing a recount(stock take) or disposing of redundant, or expired stock.

The use of products is done automatically when jobs are assigned to these products.

Purchase Inventory

Use the Purchase option when you start with your inventory list, or purchase new products

Here you can allocate a date of receiving the goods, the size, price, and quantity as well as take pictures of critical information for compliance purposes such as labels, hazard signs, and expiry dates for example.

Recount, Adjustments, or Disposal of products

When you have to adjust your stock levels

When you do a recount during stock take, or dispose of the products you select the Inventory option. You select the date and amount and take the required photos for compliance purposes.

Depending on Actions, stock levels are re-calculated along with price.
