Getting started with Enterprise Portal

How to set up your Enterprise Portal

Welcome to Farmable’s Enterprise Portal! Once our team has activated your account, follow the steps below to get up and running.

1. Log in

  1. Open your desktop browser and go to:
    https://enterprise.farmable.tech

  2. Sign in using Email & Password or Google.

2. Complete your user profile

  1. Click the user button in the bottom‑left corner of your screen.

  2. Select Personal information and add or update

    • First & last name

    • Email address & phone number

    • Preferred language

    • Profile photo (click Edit under your avatar)

  3. Go to Privacy preferences to opt in or out of:

    • Functional cookies

    • Marketing & analytics

    • Advertising

    • Essential

  4. When you’re done, you can Sign out from this same user menu.

3. Configure your enterprise settings

Navigate via the top menu:

Dashboard > Logs > Planner > Settings

Partner info

  • Name: Enter your company’s name

  • Country / Address / ZIP / City: Fill in your headquarters

  • Logo: Click Update image to upload

  • Email and Phone number

  • Click Save

Manage members

  • Invite Enterprise members by email

  • Assign each as Member or Admin

  • Resend invites, edit roles, or deactivate accounts

Treatment libraries

  • Create libraries for shared crop‑solution recipes (e.g. pesticides, fertilizers)

  • Add treatments with product name, dosage, application rate, etc.

  • Members can choose from these libraries when planning jobs

Causes

  • Define the list of pests, diseases, weeds, and other “causes”

  • These show up as selectable options when members record or plan jobs

4. Explore the core tabs

Dashboard

  • Farms list: See all member farms and their status (Active • Pending • Deactivated • Declined)

  • Map view: Toggle to view farm locations clustered by region

Logs

  • Full history of Jobs, Harvests, and Sales for every farm

  • Sort or filter by date, farm, category, status, or agronomist

  • Export your filtered logs to CSV or PDF

Planner

  • Assign Spray and Fertilize jobs—just like in the mobile app

  • Use the calendar view (day/week/month) to get an overview of your enterprise schedule

  • Click on any day to add a new job, or expand “n more” to see details

5. Inviting & activating new members

  1. In Settings > Manage members, click Invite and enter an email address.

  2. Your invitee receives an email with a link to join.

  3. Once they accept and set their password, their status switches to Active in your portal.
