How to Manage Your Subscription and Refunds on Farmable

How to manage your subscription if you subscribed through the app (Apple App Store or Google Play).

If you subscribed to Farmable through the app (Apple App Store or Google Play), your subscription and refund process is managed directly by the respective platforms. Below are the steps to cancel your subscription and request a refund, based on your subscription method.

If You Subscribed Through the Apple App Store

Cancelling Your Subscription with Apple:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Tap on [your name] at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Find and select your Farmable subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Requesting a Refund from Apple:

Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed entirely by Apple. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for you directly. To request a refund:

  1. Visit the Apple Support website: Apple Support.

  2. Select Billing & Subscriptions.

  3. Follow the instructions to request a refund.

Apple will review your request and process the refund if eligible.


If You Subscribed Through Google Play (Android)

Cancelling Your Subscription with Google Play:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.

  3. Tap Subscriptions.

  4. Find and select your Farmable subscription.

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Requesting a Refund from Google Play:

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google. To request a refund:

  1. Visit the Google Play Help Center: Google Play Help.

  2. Follow the steps provided to request a refund.

Google will review your request and process the refund if applicable.


Important Notes:

  • We cannot cancel or refund subscriptions on your behalf, as these actions are handled by Apple and Google directly if you subscribed through the app.

  • If you need help with your Apple or Google account, their support teams will be able to assist you further.
